Should I make 2 pitch decks, one read-through and one presentation?

I’m often asked this question. Of course, there are no hard and fast rules, but I often recommend something in between...

  • The read-through deck should be around 15 slides, and it should be both detailed and skimmable.

  • The presentation deck can be the same one, but you can add in appendix slides or “back pocket” slides to address questions that might come up during the presentation.

We'll address questions like this and more in my Storytelling for Climate Startups workshop, starting September 15. Reserve your spot now.
